He formed a barrier in the shape of a very large tower shield, using his rod as the handle, and batted away a group of them that had charged at him, and followed it up with a powerful swing of his sword, carving huge gashes into them. Taking a quick look over at Lily, he saw that she seemed to be doing fine, using Time magic to keep them away '[color=aba000][i]She should be fine. Lily's too quick to get caught by them[/i][/color]' He then held his shield out in front of him, put spikes on it, and rushed forward into the horde.
