Okay, okay, Ben definitely noticed. But the more Lilie watched him, the more she realized he wasn't really doing anything. Not that that was a bad thing, but she was pretty surprised. Maybe she overestimated him? Well, not like she would do much better, she was pretty sure she'd either dive into the waters or hide on the other side of the coffin. There had to be something she could do, but aside from letting Ben know that he was running out of time, she had no idea what she could do. She could use her affinity, but it wasn't like it would do anything to the monster.

Looking down at the sea, she tried not to shudder at the sight of one of those...[i]things[/i]. At least Ben wasn't fleeing right into one of those things. As soon as the thought crossed her mind, though, she suddenly got an idea. She had already managed to get the water to reach Ben, and with it rising, she was pretty sure she could get the monster, too! Could she maybe push one of those weird things to the surface?

Seeing as how she literally had nothing to lose at this point, Lilie ignored the conversation as she stared down at the creepy-swimming-creatures. She patiently waited until one of them would decide to swim close to the island, making up her mind. [color=deepskyblue]"Okay, okay, I can do this,"[/color] She verbally encouraged herself. Just push, and pull, push, and pull, and push way harder than usual. If she could consistently send water flying, she was pretty sure if she just did what she usually did in Affinity Mastery with Esi she could do it.

She moved as close to the edge and the underwater thing as she could, trying to time her pushes. She wasn't entirely sure if it was making a big difference, but seeing the thing try to swim away let her know she was doing [i]something[/i]. [color=deepskyblue]"Sorry!"[/color] She apologized, focusing on one big push as she sent it towards the beast.
