[@samakama]Have you read History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi? There's a character called Nijima who you may want to look at. It's a martial arts manga, and he's a scrawny weakling who can't fight at all, but he's a devious mastermind who's good at psychoanalysis and exploitation. He'll lose in a 1v1, but in group battles, he can throw off his opponents and help his allies win.
