Relying on a strike that needs a long time to complete could maybe work against other Servants, but leaping was one of Archer's specialties. She touched the roof and lept away before the arrow reached her, leaving nothing but a partially damaged house in her wake. X X X "Very well, then. The bad one is that Archer of Black is using arrows coated in the Hydra's venom. The good is that he isn't Heracles, his regular shots are much too weak to be him," Archer said to her Master, whether after he answered her original question, or after he hesitated for too long. She was concentrated on the battle at the moment, trying to go through her plan. However, the next arrow never came, despite Archer going out of her way to make herself a visible target. Archer of Black hadn't moved from his position yet, but he hesitated to retaliate. That act, or lack of it, told a great story to Archer. "An Archer who hesitates to pull the string when he could score a decent shot..." That kind of weakness made Archer frown with disgust. Whether Archer of Black thought of himself unfit to make the shot, or of Archer as an unworthy opponent, she wasn't willing to spare him any mercy anymore. In but a moment Archer disappeared, becoming one with the forest as she lept from branch to branch, rock to rock, unseen and unheard. She hadn't shifted back to her Spirit Form, but rather hid herself. She fired another volley. No two arrows had any greatly distinct gap between themselves, but neither did they come from the same place, or hit with the same strength. The crack of thunder that struck a moment later wasn't wasted as well, with Archer using it as cover to fire an overhead volley, raining as many arrows on Archer of Black's position as she possibly could. If he was going to show weakness on the battlefield he wasn't worthy of Archer's time. She was either going to kill him, or force him to retreat from high ground, and then, go back to hunt his allies. There was not even a shred of extra mercy to spare.[/cell][/row]
