I actually just heard back about an hour ago, and the seller chose our offer! :D Now I'm busy making more phone calls to the title agency and home inspectors and all that. Lots to do to make sure everything is in order over the next 10 days!

And yeah, that seems realistic. I'm thinking that when he gets back to the capital, he's gonna be sent immediately to the hospital to be treated for all his injuries, because he's getting pretty beaten up
