[@CaptainBritton] Putnam looks fine to me, no problems with him whatsoever. Looks like he'll be an interesting addition to the group, and I love the Jesta too. 

That's the minimum number of characters I wanted to hit for us to begin, so I'll get to work on an opening post to get us started by the weekend.
