No, the Saejima family was two different things that ensured she couldn't live a normal life. If one was normal, they were going to be connected to organized crime for their entire life. If one had the wiccan blood flowing through them, they were going to become a witch. After all, the powers of the sun that hid itself in the Saejima bloodline was too great an honour for those affected to give up.

Sae was no exception. As she became old enough to learn of the power within her blood, it became apparent that it was too great a responsibility to ignore. She, like her ancestors who also carried the mantle, became a recruit at the institute. Despite her unorthodox style of magic for her powerful bloodline, she ended up graduating near the top of her class. Her burning will and desire to never stop trying was responsible for that.

In Real-Tokyo, Sae recently graduated high school with the bare minimum done. Not that she really cared about high school, though. Being the daughter of someone in organized crime tended to alienate people. Not that she really cared. She never really cared about the spineless hacks that were too afraid to talk to her. She didn't like to associate with cowards.

In part of her iron-will, her aptitude for fighting, and her ability, Black Babel designated her for the Xcursion Regiment. Now it's time to prove herself with the real deal.[/indent]

[color=#CE413A][b]WAND:[/b][/color][indent]Rather than a traditional pistol, Sae's wand takes the appearance of a gauntlet that has a large barrel protruding at the top. While less accurate and more dangerous to the user than a standard WAND, the instant speed it can be readied and fired is perfect for Sae's style.[/indent]
[color=#CE413A][b]Familiar:[/b][/color][indent][b]Ryūjin [/b]- A imp-class daemon that takes the form of a golden koi fish. Ryu, as Sae calls him, as an extremely honorable and determined fish. Despite his form not being incredibly for fighting, his insane tenacity and durability allow him to at least be a distraction. He takes pride in his role as a support, even calling Sae (much to her chagrin) ojou-sama as he tries to protect her. His voice is unlike his fish body: incredibly distinguished, deep, and powerful. Almost like audible molasses.[/indent]
[color=#CE413A][b]Equipment:[/b][/color][indent][b]† Broom[/b] - What it lacks for in speed, Sae's broom makes up for in maneuverability. Well, that and the fact it's also a sword. Taking the form of a sheathed ōdachi, her broom is almost entirely leather and steel. The sheath still possesses the hallmarks of a broom. She can technically ride the sword without the sheathe, but it's generally a dumb idea since she'd straddle or surf a sharp edge.

[b]† Kinju[/b] - An imp-class daemon in the form of a beast-like blade, Kinju is a blade that can cut through most things. As long as proper technique is used, the blade can slice through even the hardest of materials. However, the blade's fatal flaw is apparent with improper attacks. The slightest lapse in technique turns the blade's edge blunt.

[b]† Saemonzaburo[/b] - Another imp-class daemon in the form of a tanto. Saemonzaburo is Sae's backup backup weapon. With a beast-like maw for its blade, it drools a powerful toxin, numbing what the blade cuts. In short, careful cuts, this means the blade can act as a painkiller. In more robust slices, a paralytic.[/indent]

[color=#CE413A]Curses:[/color] [indent][b]† Binding Blades[/b] - After spending a brief moment forming a half-dozen blades of white light, Sae can launch them at a area. Vampires hit are pinned to the ground. While the blades don't cause any physical harm, they prevent regeneration for as long as they're pinned. The effect is weak enough so that, while a vampire would struggle to regenerate when pierced, they still must be killed with a WAND.

[b]† Sunlight Crescent[/b] - With a slash of her blade, Sae can form a golden crescent of light that quickly spins forward. While humans and witches are merely burned, vampires are cut through by the light. The affected area is unable to regenerate for only a brief period, meaning that the crescent can not kill.

[b]† Thousand Blossoms[/b] - Sae creates a field of golden petals that circle around her. They give off enough light to ward off the dark and spin fast enough to cut and puncture vampires that get too close. Humans are simply burned by the heat of the light.

[b]† Splitting The Sky[/b] - With a brutal downward slice, a blade of light forms to extend Sae's blade. Like with the rest of her offensive magic, the slash can briefly stop and slow regeneration. [/indent]
[color=#CE413A]Charms:[/color] [indent][b]† Radiant Body[/b] - By infusing her own body with her light, Sae's strength and speed increase by a considerable amount. While she isn't equal to powerful vampires, she's strong enough to easily match most feral vampires. The light also burns away all impurities and toxins within the body. Only the most powerful of venoms can have any effect on her while she's in this state. This also means that potions are burned away.

[b]† Light-touched Kingdom[/b] - By standing in a ready-to-draw stance, Sae forms a small sun above her. While this sun gives off light, it's unable to stop the regeneration of a vampire. Instead, it gives her complete awareness of everything the light touches. While she's ready to draw, she can counter practically any physical attack around her, her technique being the only thing holding her back.[/indent]
[color=#CE413A]Crafts:[/color] [indent][b]† Ascending The Waterfall[/b] - With an upwards swing, Sae can create a golden pillar of light that transforms Ryujin into his true form. By passing through the pillar, the weak koi can turn into a powerful dragon. While Ryujin can only stay in this form for a few seconds, his strength and speed increase by astronomical proportions. Because of the golden dragon's newfound power of sunlight, the dragon can easily destroy a vampire with burning light. Using this technique completely exhausts Sae, leaving the floppy fish to fight off whatever's left.[/indent][/hider]
