[@Blu] I'm a pretty fuzzy still on this Real/Other-Tokyo dichotomy here still. You may need to spell out what the situation is as plainly as possible. 

I was assuming that the more "intelligent" vampires would have a use for human underlings, basically akin to Vampire: the Masquerade. Vampires may be powerful individually but they still live in human society, and humans outnumber them massively. Not to mention that they're effectively useless 12 hours out of the day. So I figured it would help vampires to have connections that help them further their interests in Other-Tokyo.
