[@Dead Cruiser] They'd probably mind control humans to do their bidding, yeah. I thought you meant like a straight partnership between vamps and humans which wouldn't happen. There may be brainwashed witches running around OT too.

[@OwO] I'm down with that set up for the Saejima clan. Could be interesting to inject some underworld elements into the story at certain points.

[@ERode] No one's certain how many vampires are in OT alone. You can't expand horizontally but you can vertically, so vampires build their main hideouts underground. Vamps outnumber the witches but the normal humans and Daemons are the biggest population in OT. They also have to be smart in how they handle their human "cattle" so they would feed on just enough of the population that it won't suffer from a stifled growth.

Umbrellas won't help but vamps can tolerate heavily cloudy days. It'll make their regen suffer though.
