That is, provided he isn't aked to do anything shady; at the end of the day, Beau would rather still remain a law-abiding citizen with a squeaky clean record. Beau is rarely seen without a sincere smile on his face, and in the unlikely event that he is, there's at least a 90% chance that something worth concern had happened to either him or someone he cares about.

Still, Beau isn't the type of man who'd allow anything to bring him down for long. He'll tackle whatever issue may be on his mind, or he'll move on if that issue is too big of a problem to deal with immediately, possibly returning to it at a later point in time. However, Beau will almost always try to solve the problems anyone else may have before trying to solve his own. Of course, this may leave to some very tough choices that he has to make, which he'd have to think long and hard for.

Beau's Shadow, on the other hand, is the exact opposite being to the type of person he's now trying to become. It has all the trademark personality traits that one would find in a typical bully; a hint of jealousy, trace amounts of sadism, and small shavings of inconsideration, all bound together with a monumental amount of arrogance. It likely represents Beau's younger self, when all he thought about was trying to look and sound cool. However, the main reason Beau suppresses this side of himself is because it makes him feel like an asshole upon reflection, and that he regrets having ever acted that way to begin with.[/indent][color=008aff][sub][b]Biography:[/b][/sub][/color][indent]Beau MacGuaire was born and raised in Edinburgh, as the oldest son of a family of four. Back then, Beau was a rotten kid, who would act as king of the hill throughout his elementary school and even a decent portion of his high school years. If his grades were even under threat, he'd just haphazardly pick someone that was smarter than him and extort them to do his homework for them. And he got really good at poking holes into people's resolve. There was one boy in particular that Beau was fond of and seemed to rely on. He had low self-esteem and was easy to pressure into doing what Beau wanted him to. And even when the boy tried to avoid him, Beau proved to have a knack for tracking him down. He couldn't have asked for a bigger target.

It was only a matter of time, however, before the jig would be up. The boy wound up committing suicide via jumping off the roof of one of the school buildings and, unsurprisingly, Beau found it too hilarious to contain himself. This lead to the principal calling him in for questioning. Beau didn't deny having bullied the poor boy all this time, but he [i]did[/i] try and play it cool... only to immediately get scolded for his actions and ultimately expelled from his high school, which in turn lead to harsh disciplining from his parents. Eventually, the family moved down to London, where Beau was expected to complete his last two years of high school without incident.

At first, Beau was reluctant to even try to get on anyone's good side. But in due time, guilt started to slowly seep into his mind, and he realized that if he didn't make a conscious effort to redeem himself, it was going to haunt him for a long time, which would reflect on his grades if nothing else. So he summoned up whatever kindness was in his heart, and he kept at it until became second nature to him. He graduated, with good enough credentials to be granted university entrance. Now he's pursuing a degree in metalwork, and he'll likely continue to help out who he can, where he can. They started off completely on the wrong foot, with Beau never having moved on from his old ways and Felicity having absolutely none of it, but they're now on decent terms. It's thanks to Felicity that Beau's grades on some of his inept subjects are passable, and Beau himself has yet to return the favor.
