The reaction that Marius had received from Millie brought him a strange sense of giddiness. Seeing the fear in her eyes brought him joy, made him feel powerful, yet at the same time there was a twinge of sadness. While he was impressed that she was able to keep a spell on him for so long, even finding it a little exciting, he also didn't like the fact that she felt the need to keep it up for all this time.

She began apologizing for what she'd done and he found this silly again. It wasn't until she said she'd understand if he wanted to kill her. He stared at her for a long moment, a little shocked, and then burst out laughing. He laughed for a long moment before shaking his head at the witch. You'd captivated me far before I think you started casting any spells on me."[/color] He informed her, now smiling at her as he held her.
