It was a fire bolt to hit, no saving throws. Its a bit late over here and I just rolled my physical dice. But since I typically show my rolls and the distant that it was fired from, I'll just roll here on the site and use that as I feel Pythagoras may have a chance to evade.

Although Pythagoras was shot by a Nat 20 and can simply return when the spell is recasted, I feel really bad for the owl bird getting hit by a Nat 20 :( 

That being said, what kind of owl would Pythagoras look like?
