Appearance: Lucille is a fairly tall woman who stands at a rough height of 6'2". Yet she's still considered a puny midget to her mothers tribe. She has shimmering leaf green eyes, and dark brown nearly black hair that barely reaches the nape of her neck. She also has scars running along the bridge of her nose, and on her cheeks. Although she's mostly human, Lucille still shows physical traits of that belonging to a bull. The only traits that show however are the horns that grow from her head and the tail she usually tries to hide. Something no one could ever explain however is why all of her teeth are razor sharp and pointy.

Personality: Lucille can be best described as unpredictable. Maybe even explosive. She's always been known to act first, but plan later. She never puts anyone over another. Like she was taught by her mother no one is better than another. Only those who she found trustworthy could then placed on a high chair. A chair so high that she would scrap tooth and nail just to protect that person. None have ever accomplished that goal, so Lucille has pushed the thought of someone so great out of her mind.

Backstory: Lucille never met her father. In fact she was always told her father was a man who would only bring trouble. So the day Lucille turned the good age of five, her father left with a sorrowful goodbye. Of course at the time she hadn't understood why he left. But there always a small spark in her heart that someday. Some very distant future day he would return... That dream never came true.
Lucille would spend her life with her mother and their tribe. A tribe of half-human half-bull creatures, everyone in their tribe was considered a warrior from birth. Even Lucille who looked human from head to toe. Despite not looking like the tribe she still tried her best to act like them. Even then there was no possible way for her to be like them. Having half of their genes wasn't enough, Lucille could barely keep up with them all and wasn't even half as strong. But that didn't demotivate her from putting 110% into her training everyday. It was at that time when she was 10 that she vowed to someday be the strongest member of her tribe. It was on that same fated day Lucille made the best, or worst choice of her life.
The Bullmen tribe believed in material objects, and one object they all held great recognition to was a fruit. Lucille knew nothing about it besides that it would grant her magical powers, and tons of strength. That promise of strength led a young Lucille to the fruit. Almost as if it were meant to be, nobody noticed her, no guards protecting the box it was held it. It was all destiny and without wasting a breathe the fruit vanished. Into Lucille's mouth piece by agonizing terrible tasting piece. 
It took less than 1 minute for the entire to look at her in unison and demand she spit the fruit out. But by that it was too late. Lucille had gained the full power of the devil fruit. Later she would learn it was named the Boom-Boom fruit.
From that moment Lucilles life changed completely. She wasn't allowed to train with her fellow peers, but was instead given special training. For the next 8 years of her life she would be trained day in and day out, on how to properly use her powers. Of course it was hard in the beginning, but as time passe Lucille's strength and knowledge of her power had greatly increased. She was now the strongest in her tribe. Yet that was no longer enough. Lucille wanted to test her strength out in the world, and someday return to her tribe as the strongest in history. 
Lucille's ambitions and countless hours of hopeless arguments, led Lucille to a traders barge. She was determined to see the world and test herself even if it meant sneaking away for years. That was the decision she made, and as she watched her home grow smaller in the distance she promised to return someday. 

Abilities:
[b][u]Devil Fruit:[/u][/b] Lucille is the current owner of the Boom-Boom fruit. A rare and extremely powerful paramecia class fruit. The Boom-Boom fruit grants is user to create explosions from their body parts, bodily fluids, or any material object they touch. The explosions can range between feeling like a small tickle on its victim to completely disintegrating anyone within a 50 yard radius. It all depends on the users strength. 

[b][u]cutlass and one handed axe:[/u][/b] Lucille was trained extensively on the use of her weapons and treating them as extensions of her body. She's now able to make cuts and thrusts while simultaneously creating an explosion from the tip of the blade. Even being able to make slashes that explode.

[b][u]Hand to Hand:[/u][/b] While she does carry weapons Lucille learned that her powers are not as effective. So she trained her self in hand to hand combat. 

[b][u]Cannon Punch:[/u][/b] a straight jab that upon impact creates an explosion

[b][u]Bullet canon:[/u][/b] Rapid punches the each detonate upon impact. Each detonation grows increasingly stronger until the final punch which is usually cannon punch.

Dreams: She dreams if someday returning to her village as the strongest fighter on all the seas. Hopefully then despite being the shortest and only being half the race as her tribe, she'll someday become it's chief.
