Oh! Yeah, and hmm, I always interpreted the UBW version of archer Emiya as an alternate future outcome of the Shirou in that route. Ironically by tampering with the events that would have lead up to him becoming a counter guardian, it merely changed the mindset Shirou has as he works towards his goal of becoming a 'hero'.

Thus, they are both the same person, yet different people? (I ah... May have worded that one weirdly.)
