Years ago I started The New Era. Guild Fall destroyed everything my the players, co-gm, and I had built. I thought the site was over...dead. Somehow, it was reborn and it took scratching and clawing for months but one day this site thrived once again. I made the decision to try restarting my beloved X-Men game, and it was nowhere near as fun or successful as the original. I was discouraged, and left the sight for over year. I came back with the intention to do something new...but of course...X-Men called to me. I was so unsure about trying again, but I couldn't help myself. I was glad I did, because it became the best rp experience I had ever been a part of on this site. It was better than the original. Unfortunately my life fell apart months in. I had to step away and seek serious treatment for mental health problems. @Almalthia stepped in along with @Pilatus and moved forward. They carried the torch of something I have loved and been invested in for years at this point. Now...here we are...and it's beginning anew once more. This thing that has meant so much to me has been chugging along despite struggles and loss and periods of time where it seemed dead in the water. It's still alive. 

Seeing this...how the hell could I not come back and try to a part of this? How could I not throw a character into the mix? How could I not try to be a part of keeping the spark alive? So, here I am humbly asking for permission to apply to this wonderful game. If you will have me I would love to play in your RP @Pilatus. It will feel weird to experience this solely from a player's point of view, but I wouldn't have it any other way...because this is [u][b]your[/b][/u] game. I just want to be along for the ride :).
