I mean, I know this is completely unsolicited and I certainly can't speak for everybody, but I wouldn't worry about trying to "do the group justice." I'd imagine we're all here because we like to write and tell stories, yeah? Just go at your own pace and do what feels right for you. If it's your natural style, it'll be waaay easier to keep up with it and avoid getting overwhelmed or burnt out.
