Well, let's see. I started my RPing career way back in 2000 (wow, I guess it's been that long, huh?) and my main platform for RPing were these things called MUs, or MUDs, don't know if you're familiar with them. Basically an upgrade from Telnet that a lot of people used for RPing, it is (and continues) to be a pretty ghetto way of RPing IMO, but I digress. Anyway, I stopped using MUs a while back since life just got too hectic and I couldn't spend whole evenings RPing anymore. I debated quitting RPing as a whole but I couldn't just drop something I've been doing for 20 years cold turkey like that. So, a few years ago I started dipping my feet in post by post forums and it's been a hectic journey, apparently there's not that many of them available- which is why I'm surprised I all of the sudden ran into this site, not sure how it escaped my notice.

As for RPing; I enjoy the most combat and adventure. I dabble mostly in fighting game fandoms like Mortal Kombat, King of Fighter and such-- yes, it's a niche within a niche which is why I've had such a hard time finding RPs. However, I thoroughly enjoy Pathfinder/Dungeons and Dragons and my RPing involves a lot of fantasy dungeon crawling as well. My weakest genre for sure is Sci-Fi, but I will dabble in it if I have a good idea. Also, rather surprisingly, I used to have a seething hatred for slice of life and romance, I guess because I considered them slow and boring, but after moving to post by post forums I've grown rather fond of the genres. That said-- they still need to have combat sprinkled in them or I'll be bored to tears. 

Yep.. that's me I guess.  

EDIT: Ah yes! I forgot to mention that I really like crossovers. Probably my favorite genre honestly.
