Using it tires him out and he can roughly keep it going for about five or ten minutes consistently. [b]Electrification & Electrical Charge[/b]: Oscar can only keep the electrification going for a short amount of time, about a minute, and needs to rest for five before he can do it again. [b]Earth Wall[/b]: Because it's not exactly in tune with his personality it's very difficult to keep going. Oscar will have to dedicate all of his energy, focus, and more, towards keeping it standing. He also can't go any more than three feet away from it. It also renders him weak against electrical attacks... which is why he should never use his electric powers with his water one. [b]Electrification/Electrical Charge[/b]: Using these abilities are bright, loud, and thus make it difficult to see and hear. In addition, he's not immune to electricity and any water touching him will cause him to electrocute himself. [b]Earth Wall[/b]: The wall isn't the most solid thing and while it can take individual blows, it won't be able to stop huge, area of effect attacks. In addition, Oscar basically has to be glued to it in order for it to be effective. [/indent] [/quote]
