[color=goldenrod]Backstory:[/color]  Rose Carver was born a standard human in a city with a large supernatural population, roughly 1-to-1.  She was well-liked by those she knew, and did well in school, graduating with honor.  After graduation, she joined the FBI, and while there gained a reputation for honesty, and for being relentlessness in the pursuit of justice.  After years of decorated service, she died at the hands of a serial killer, when it caught her off-guard during an investigation.  The Bureau held a memorial service for her, and the day after the service, when her former boss entered his office, she was waiting for him as a ghost, demanding her old job back.  He instead sent her file to SPIDR.
