Sitting cross-legged, she'd briefly made some nonsensical small talk with a couple of them, the previous debate about soda flavours having slipped in there. She had also been witness to Blakes loud declaration of love to Angie, which she was still laughing about. The guy was such a cheeseball. A very drunk cheeseball. Not that Brie could really say anything. She'd forgotten exactly how many drinks she'd had but it was definitely a lot. It also didn't help that she'd made herself and Jamie celebratory Strawberry Margaritas earlier in the day (well she'd bought a mix and added tequila & ice...but that definitely still counted!). They'd been super tasty as well so she'd probably had one too many. Speaking of... She glanced back down at her can of beer, wondering how she was going to get it open when it was suddenly plucked from her grip. "Hey! That's mine-..." Brie began to exclaim, her eyebrows furrowing in annoyance until a new can was carefully placed into her hand... It was open now! "Oh. Thanks!" She chimed happily, tilting her head back to see who had come to her rescue. The sudden head movement made the room violently spin and Brie found herself having to blink a few times. After a couple of seconds, it stopped looking like she was riding on the twisty part of a rollercoaster and she could, sort of, focus on his face. Oh, it was Will! He'd found her! "Will! You're hereeee! Where've you been? I've missed you!" Her words came out in an excited, drunken jumble, although thankfully she was still at least semi-coherent. Brie wasn't one to easily admit such feelings but she had missed Will, and not just during the party. Maybe it was because they hadn't seen each other as much recently but Brie still found herself getting the sensation of butterflies when she saw him. She wasn't entirely sure what that meant though so she just sort of ignored it. It was probably just because he was so much fun to hang out with. "You look soooo pretty." Her nose crinkled slightly as she smiled up at him, a couple of stray strands of hair falling loose from her buns. Reaching up as if to pull him into a hug, she suddenly seemed to change her mind, instead clambering over the couch so that she was stood next to him. "We should go dance!" Her eyes widened in excitement as she grabbed ahold of his hand, lacing her fingers between his own. He might feel a slight buzz of electricity when she did this. Nothing painful per se but it was still unusual for her to be shocking people so frequently. Swaying on her feet, she began to pull him into the crowd of people who were squished into the living room. Some of them were dancing...or at least attempting to, with most being so drunk that it was little more than swaying or what looked like poorly executed break dancing. Brie unsteadily bumped into quite a few others as she did so but luckily, no-one seemed to care. [@Infinite Cosmos]
