Agatha's face fell as Barrel turned down her offer. She enjoyed the tantalizing image of him ever so slightly running his tongue over the rim of his mouth, but was worried by his awkward smile immediately after. Bones! She had gotten ahead of herself again! She wasn't entirely sure how to be less subtle about asking for a kiss. Perhaps it was the eyelashes that had done it? In any case, she definitely needed to err more on the side of too subtle than not subtle enough. She didn't want to end up back tracking all of their progress, after all.
