And as per your comment earlier, about the difference between Warhammer and Warcraft. I like that analogy.

Warhammer is nuanced and deep, with lore for all the factions, even sub-factions. This group can work with that group but they can't work with this group because of old rivalries, the second group hates the third group because of old racial enmity. And that's just a surface understanding of what could be three factions.

As for Warcraft...it's...well...cute. lol
