Well, I've seen what you're thinking and I think the character could be fun. They are a bit too powerful for a genin and would like to remind you that you don't have to list academy jutsu (it's assumed you know them unless otherwise stated). Gentle Fist is itself, for example, something to list as a jutsu and you seem to have skipped sixteen palms and gone straight to the 32 and 64 palms. If you wanted Gentle Fist, Sixteen Palms, and your medical jutsu, I'd approve. You can build up more later, especially since you're sort of branching between two skill-sets. Byakugan is not a guaranteed ability among the Hyuuga, it isn't unimaginable that some access the abilities of it a bit later than others. I'm not sure it would necessitate intense training. Generally, the Hyuuga have sort of focused their attention on the child with the greatest potential (see Hinata and Hanabi). Being heir is not guaranteed. As I mentioned in the PM, Seiji Hyuuga was head of Clan until he abdicated upon becoming the Hokage. If your character's father was Seiji's younger brother or something like that, we could change potential succession lines, if it's a big part of your character, or even have the line of succession up for grabs between them. Could be interesting. How Branch and Main House are picked in the manga is... rather nebulous, but your younger sibling isn't necessarily Branch House or only the heir would ever be Main House. I think Hizashi was chosen as Branch specifically because they were twins, not because Hizashi wasn't heir. For reference, Hanabi also wasn't made Branch (and neither was Hinata) despite both having been declared heir at various points. It's a little silly. I'd suggest adding a basic medical kit to your list of supplies so's you can practice field medicine, if need be, give you a bit more versatility there. Alright! Those are my notes, as of now! May come up with more later.
