Hannibal is one of the most notorious soldiers in the United States army, a master of disguise and guerrilla warfare, he can sneak into anywhere in the world and get out before anyone has even noticed that he has even left his home base. He took over as the leader of the Creature Commando's after the retirement of General Matthew Shrieve. He treats them much better than Shrieve ever did, he leads with authority and courage. He is never seen without his signature black leather gloves and Cigar.[/hider]

Former leader of the Creature Commando's, Shrieve may have treated the Commando's with nothing but contempt whilst they were under his command, but he only did it out of his sense of duty in order to get the very best out of his freak-squad. Even though it's his job to hunt down the Commando's, he doesn't for a second, believe that they actually did it. He regularly leaks vital information to them in order to keep them one step ahead of himself and Waller[/hider]
