Name: "Fortuna Fade" (Not her real name) Her real name is "Edie Holmes"

Appearance : Edie (Fortuna) is a short girl standing around 5'3. She wears thick-rimmed glasses that have seen better days. Her black hair is very long and full of knots. She has a perpetual scent of some peculiar spice on her that can never be exactly determined - it is not exactly a pleasant smell, nor is is putrid. She is flat-chested and has a slight pot-belly not visible beneath the baggy hoodies she usually wears.

Background information : Edie Holmes is the classic case of a delusional teenager who is trying too hard to distinguish herself from her peers. It began when a traumatic incident at home (fill in the blanks here) caused her to begin dissociating. She convinced herself that her poor home-life was the result of God himself punishing her. Therefore, she concluded that she must have the blood of a fallen-angel coursing through her veins. From this point on Edie insisted that she be called her "angelic" name of Fortuna Fade and that she has a connection to the supernatural.

Prior to her becoming "trapped" within the school, Fortuna spent most of her time at the local library reading up on various religions, using the computer to research how we are actually controlled by lizard people, conducting experiments in the park in spellcraft, and eating out of vending machines. The less time she spent at home the better, but she will never admit that she is afraid to go home. Frequently, she would spend the night at the homes of equally deluded peers. Her commitment to the occult and her ability to [i]just[/i] seem like she might have magic powers has given her a small group of followers. These people see her word as gospel and will swallow whatever bullshit pseudo-science she proposes, thus they will do many tasks for her. She seldom has to pay for meals and can commission some of these loyal followers to do homework for her. 

Age : 17

Personality : Edie is deluded, greedy, self-centered, and believes her word to be gospel. She believes that her alleged angelic heritage makes her a step above other people. She will manipulate others to accomplish her own goals, which usually are harmless, but manipulative none-the-less. On the other hand, Edie has a flipside to her. A softer, kinder, version of her exists once you prove yourself to be a trusted individual. It seems that she has a harder time wanting to manipulate those close to her.

Archetype : Warlock / Paladin

Edie (Fortuna) has the occult pseudo-knowledge to qualify as a mysterious warlock, but her ardent holier than thou demeanor gives her the essence of being a paladin. These both come together to make her into some kind of cult leader. 

Skills :

Cult leading - She is very good at convincing her deluded group that she has supernatural abilities and that she possesses hidden knowledge. This grants her access to a small ring of mostly weak followers, yet they are very loyal.  

Fortune telling - Fortuna is skilled with a deck of tarot cards and can semi-accurately give advice for the future. From an objective standpoint, these fortunes are more accurate than many skeptics would like to admit.

Magic? - She can cast a massive array of dark spells ranging from curses to boons. The effectiveness of these spells is unknown. Furthermore, she has a broad knowledge of the occult and can discern typical occult imagery/concepts.
