[b]Sasuke's Era[/b] 69 H.E — 84 H.E
[indent][color=Gray]The decisive revolution of Uchiha Sasuke and warpath instilled fear upon the world. A one-man army who unified the five nations into a prosperous empire today— many have questioned how did he succeed? It would be nearly impossible to even disrupt the society that Sasuke created, 200 years of investment yet so despicable. 

Homura Empire, comprised of the great five nations, now prefectures had shaken the world into fear, which ended the Fourth World War. Major supporting nations were absorbed to the empire yet others resisted and faced fates worst than death in Sasuke's propaganda. He defeated Uzumaki Naruto, his first action after Naruto's defeat was leaving the leaderless by killing the Five Kage and dispelling Infinite Tsukuyomi.

His bolstering charisma and power after the world awoke from Infinite Tsukuyomi, earned him sympathizers to his cause. Sasuke forcefully took the Hokage position and killed those who opposed him, and even arsoned the Land of Wind to glass — two years after the Fourth World War. This demonstration of genocide fanned the flames of unification, the remaining great nations feared Sasuke.

Sasuke then began the restoration movement for the Land of Wind. During his travels and meetings with the puppet Wind Feudal Lord, Sasuke's cohort and infrastructure logistics, Kaminarimon Ereki, discovered gold and silver materials as well as fine minerals buried within the sands. With this profound discovery, the Land of Wind became the capital of gold and restored its community and ultimately abdicating the Kazekage and pledged their allegiance to Sasuke.

In time, the Land of Wind became the world's top tier leading manufacturer of fine materials, overflowing with gold and silver. Eventually, silver metal became the main material to craft ninja and Samurai weaponry. Magnet Release became a high paying job as the invention of airships and the dawn of chakra technology originated from them, Sasuke exploited their resources and profit from it. He generously gave them a piece of land from one of Konoha's properties to strengthen the bond of Konohagakure and Sunagakure. 

In the Land of Water, Kirigakure; Suigetsu became the puppet ruler of his village, inaugurated as the 5th Mizukage. In his rule, underwater cities were created and they became the marine capital of the world. Suigetsu restored the honor of the royal Hōzuki clan and also became its Feudal Lord. The Seven Swordsman of the Mist revived and the indoctrination of Sasuke's principles added. 

The Land of Water pledged allegiance to Sasuke. He helped them find the survivors of the Yuki and Kaguya clans, reestablishing the hierarchy and culture of Kiri. Blood Prison is relocated, no longer the grand Hōzuki Castle, the prison is located remotely in one of Kirigakure's lands. A red sea that boils like blood is where it's located.

It was only a matter of the time that the remaining great nations pledged their allegiance to Sasuke. With the establishment of Homura Empire, Sasuke abdicated his position as Hokage at the age of 38 and bestowed the leadership to his daughter, Sarada.

Sasuke's generation marked the flames of unification. Even with all his accomplishments, he felt empty, and gave up his immortality and died at the age of 90. He remembered the time with his clan and his friend Naruto but the end doesn't justify the means, there was no turning back.

He knows that the greatest threat to his empire was those with the Will of Fire.

His generation was the Hanran Era and today is the Meiwa Era, just what is in it for the future of our Shinobi?

[Hider=Tenka Era][b]Sarada's Era[/b] 84 T.E — 124 T.E
[INDENT][color=Gray]Uchiha Sarada was the youngest ruling Hokage, at the age of 15 and by the time she ruled, the world was already mostly covered with Sasuke's influence. In her reign, industrialization rapidly sparked, Kaminarimon Company introduced Sarada to scientific ninja tools, while she's clearly the overlord Hokage of all nations, her father dealt with the criminal underworld and searched for possible Uchiha survivors. The pillar of peace that Sasuke established slowly cracked as people took Sarada lightly and considered her weaker than her father.

It was Kurotsuchi, the puppet Tsuchikage and Dario, the puppet Raikage who attempted to overthrow Sasuke's absolute decrees. Many assassination attempts on Sarada were staged but she survived them all, however, sympathizers of Naruto began bothering her too. Sarada sought advice from Orochimaru since her father was in his travels, Orochimaru admitted that he's preoccupied with his research but he's willing to help her with the feuds. Orochimaru introduced Sarada to his cloning project, though she didn't retort to killing her enemies, Sarada proposed peaceful solutions by having joint trainings, but she knew better that they would still double cross her.

Sarada knew that fighting Kumo and Iwa combined would result to big casualties and possibly doubts in alliances despite Suna and Kiri at her side. She came across Kaminarimon Denki, her cohort and personal assistant in industrial matters, Denki repurposed Kirigakure's firearms. This was when Sarada used firearms and technology to defeat the Iwa and Kumo alliance — coupled with thins like cannons, airships and warships.

Sarada reassured the rest of the world that the Hokage is in charge. Her demonstration of firearms in the picture, paved way to more industrialization. The Clone Army waged war against those who opposed her authority but at the same time, the world began losing interest in Shinobi labor.

In her later years as Hokage, Sarada faced massive decline of Shinobi manpower from all villages as consequences of industrialization. Politics were changing, times were changing and it was through her that the Shinobi World transitioned into covert operations. Feudalism ended and true prefectualism finally stabilized.

[indent][color=Gray]Uchiha Satoru, direct descendant of Uchiha Sasuke is the current Hokage of the Shinobi Union. Before him was his father, Uchiha Saburo and grandfather Uchiha Sōsuke, the. His great-grandfather Uchiha Shunsuke who rules for 50 years and his great-great grandmother Uchiha Shōko who was Sarada's daughter who also ruled 50 years. A total of 200 years, Satoru has been ruling for 25 years. 

Ninja are now myths of the past while Samurai are the estate police. The world now use ninja as means to kill political rivalry and covert missions.[/COLOR][/INDENT][/hider]

Hierarchy
Emperor>Governor>Samurai>Shinobi 
While an Emperor is the sovereign ruler of Homura Empire, he's nothing but a puppet to the Uchiha who rule the world within the shadows. The Emperor does nothing but bequeath the highest form of approval in prefectual state matters.

The Governors were Daimyo in the past who ruled the respective nations they're elected to. The government is centralized and the highest councilman is the Fire Governor — who makes and upholds the rules he establishes. Together they handle prefectual state and estate affairs.

During the Hanran Era, Sasuke puppetized the Feudal Lords, come the end of Tenka Era, Feudalism ended and transitioned to United Prefectualism.

Today, in the Meiwa Era; the five prefectures continuously progress in industrialization. The Water Prefecture for food marketing, the Wind Prefecture for mineral and metallic resources, the Earth Government for Education, The Lightning for military program, and Fire monopolizing all.

The Samurai are swordsman police known as the Shinsengumi, sworn to protect the people and honored by the people. They apprehend illegal activities and crime such as the Yakuza. While Honorable, they lack stealth tactics, therefore, hiring Shinobi to get the dirty work done.

Fighting a Samurai is suicide as it takes a pack of ninja to beat one Samurai, they can dispel Ninjutsu of B rank and below. The Samurai is protected with a scientific ninja tools armory that help them counter and resist Genjutsu and Ninjutsu.

Shinobi are hitman for hire, they take jobs through the Shinobi Union Headquarters, located in the Nakano Shrine of the former Uchiha Compound. One must be licensed to be a Ninja, by the time they hit Chūnin Rank — the three man cell no longer apply, they are free to choose the number of men required for their missions.

Chūnin Rank in this generation are the de facto leaders when Jōnin aren't present. They handle much more tedious missions compared to the Genin's meager missions. A Chūnin may lead a Genin Team grooming them in the ninja world, and because of the rapid decline of Ninja, Jōnin ranks are few.

Those who become Jōnin are given extreme tedious tasks of long term missions that may last a lifetime.

With Ninja considered as myths, they function more like the ANBU blackops, who are also now gone. Depending on the job they are given, they must fulfill it.

Shinobi of today do not wear forehead Protectors nor do they reveal each other's surnames since they will risk their safety. The Shinobi Union is flawed since, they can turn against each other at any time depending on the job they are assigned.

The Hokage manages the job requests to ensure that the Shinobi Union remain intact.

I'm not hampering player creativity, everyone is allowed to play canon and custom creations, I'd be more vigilant on the customs because of how poorly it was managed in the past. Your characters are Chūnin and are around 14-21 years old, part of the Shinobi Union and hired in the most hitman fashion.

Shinobi can use firearms and although not widespread, our combat system will dive into gun fighting territory. The mechanics of guns in the RP are chakra powered, Fire, Wind, and Lightning Release intensively increase its power.
