I personally use [url=https://herorps.tumblr.com/fcd]Herorp's Face Claim Directory[/url]. It has the face claims separated by age, gender, ethnicity, etc. 

Seeing as how this is a God-specific rp, I usually take the god, see what they're known for, what they symbolize, and do my searching that way. But Herorps' fcd really is a big help regardless. Fancasts might also help you out if you need some inspiration.

If you have patience, there are plenty of Tumblr blogs that help out with face claim help. Just check their "FC help" tag, though with the recent update, shit's been a little more difficult to sift through. Still, there's a lot of resources on the site to help. Lot of great face claim directories.
