His mighty palace in the center of Yoruba crashed with a mighty bolt of lightning and Shango disappeared. However, he survived by ascending to heaven, and then he returned once the seal on the Yoruban pantheon went up. Ever since the Colossus went up, Shango's been... around. He isn't exactly fond of the whole working a nine to five type deal to make a living, he's a king! If he doesn't have it all handed to him... then, well, he'll be fine with nothing. He usually hangs around the Gods, usually appearing at complete random on sidewalks in Seattle, playing the drums. He didn't originally do it for money but since so many mortals are so willing to throw their money away he might as well give it to Charity, the people who need it.
