Hey [@Dream Maker] you can add Hyuuga Hotaru to the character section at your leisure. We split the characters between the GM team so we'll have feedback on the other 2 soon. 

I know you left a note about Hotaru not having the Byakugan but I can't recall if you had a similar one for Chisato and the Sharingan. The Uchiha Casino is lit.

I had the Co-GM's make some changes to their traits for balance purposes, just wanted to be transparent about it for posterity.

[@Sync] you can add Proper 12 to the character section too.

[@MapoTofu] you can add Naomi to the character section when you get a chance.
