I don't have any suggestions that specifically fit those requirements, but you can start looking for Casual Roleplays [url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/forums/13-casual-interest-checks]here[/url] and Advanced Roleplays [url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/forums/14-advanced-interest-checks]here[/url]. These are for Roleplays that haven't taken off or are looking for new players. You can also look in each respective section to see what catches your eye though most of those are probably too far along in your case. Good luck and I hope you find what you're looking for.
