[@Dream Maker] Your character Chisato is like a few steps from being accepted, just a couple of things though. 

Two of your Jutsu’s are kind of vague, so it would be better if you would make it so Heat Wave and Hell Fire are one of the same, so basically put them together along with your custom C-rank and make it the B-rank, you can eliminate the restriction if you want though, unless that's something you want. In that case you can say fatigued, instead of useless. You can keep the 3 post limit and stuff. I don’t really get how far reaching the AoE is so if you could clarify that for me please, I’d appreciate it. 

Make Crush break bones, but only if you have like a 50+ strength advantage. And the summoning tech into a C for the sake of being consistent with the canon.
 
You have two D ranks to work with now, which you could always google from the official list if your low on ideas. Lastly, can you explain a little bit about the Youkai? Like what type it is? I'm guessing it's a spirit manifestation, but it'll help if you clarify. 

As for sharingan, yeah you can have it for later. If anything, come to us for help on the mechanics and stuff.
