[@Dream Maker] here is the feedback for Sayuri:

Bakuha seems more like a B-rank with Tengoku no Ikari seeming more like an A-rank. The Sunnapu jutsu and Explosive fist need a bit more definition. The snap jutsu should have a range and depending on that range it would be easier to determine its rank.

I'd say to use that as a guideline to describe the destructive power of the jutsu list for the team until I create something better.
