Her small frame is packed with muscle though due to her clothing, she is deceptively weak-looking which can be quickly proven wrong. In terms of clothing, Rena just grabs whatever is available. She's often seen in long-sleeved shirts and jeans that aren't too restrictive. She prefers to display her animal parts proudly despite its origins.

[color=00aeef][b]Personality:[/b][/color] Rena is a cautious individual due to the circumstances surrounding her past. She doesn't trust people easily because the last time that had happened, she and her brother were locked in a facility. Her cautiousness can be too much, nearly even bordering paranoia in some cases. She's usually on alert for the most part and keeps an eye out on how people act - essentially being observing and trying to piece together how they work so she can predict how they would move and act.

Aggression comes naturally to her, easily agitated by anyone who seems remotely dangerous to her welfare. She would be willing to throw hands with anyone if they pose themselves as a threat. And this carries over to when she's forced into a fight. Preferring to always get up close and personal - shifting into a larger animal to fight. More often than not, Rena doesn't usually make any plans prior to when she attacks. This leads to some compromising situations that can be avoided if someone is there to control her.

When she's comfortable around people, Rena is a lot more easygoing. This is most evident when she's with her brother. She's a lot more mischevious than she lets on and relatively curious about anything and everything. Rena is very expressive during these times - giving bright smiles and laughs. She's very talkative and loves interaction.

Due to her harsh upbringing, Rena never developed a good sense of morality. To her, survival has always and will always be the priority - even if it meant she is supposed to do unsavory things that others wouldn't be able to stomach.

[color=00aeef][b]Backstory:[/b][/color] 
The first things in Rena's memory were the white walls of the facility and the singular, bright light on the ceiling. The scientists had told her that they had saved her from the streets. Naturally, she had believed them. Not even a few days after she had woken up, Rena had been subjected to experiments. At least they had allowed her to recover after each experiment, though as soon as she was at full strength, she was strapped down and the experiment is repeated. It had always sapped her energy and will to do anything and the scientists were momentarily worried that she would die from it.

But when she was thirteen, Rena had finally shown the success of their experiment. Her appearance had changed to a more vulpine form - her ears changing to those of a fox's and her tails appearing. Her hair had turned into a black color, resembling that of a silver fox. The scientists seemed overjoyed with this and Rena had thought that she was finally safe. That maybe this time she wouldn't go under the table and suffer. But Rena should have known better.

She was soon subjected to intense physical and magical training. Everyday, she had to reach a height better than her previous one if she wanted to eat properly. The scientists were merciless in training her and Rena's anger just grew and grew from there. She acted as if she was loyal to them, even though she didn't know anything else. She knew that escape was near impossible, so she trained more and more. As she grew older, Rena was fighting in magical simulations and when she had gotten better at that, she was sent into Zero Time for actual battle experience. 

Two months ago, there was a raid on the facility. Rena was left in her cell as the scientists evacuated with their findings. Rena had absolutely no idea what was happening and it was Dieter who had opened her cell for her. Rena was expecting a fight and she was poised to do so, but they escorted her out of the facility and into their household. They allowed her to join the family because she had no idea what else would be out there for her. All she knew to do was to fight. They had given her a purpose that she could do, but it came with the freedom of being able to see the outside world.

While Rena would not call herself loyal to the Isamu family, they were her only option to survive in the world.

Due to the results of the experimentation, she had manifested their magic in a rather strange way. It manifested in the form of vulpine likeness - ears, tail and fox behavior are always present on her form and she has no way to hide them. Oddly enough, Rena could manifest more tails - akin to the mythical Kitsune. 

Her vulpine likeness allows the passive enhanced senses that come with the animal. Even in her semi-human form, she retains the flexibility and agility of a fox - able to compare to the most skilled contortionists. She's also gifted in many activities that foxes are skilled at - such as sneaking, running and climbing. Like other foxes, she has a magnetic sense, able to locate North through a darkened spot in her vision. This allows her to gauge distance very easily.

Her true magic lies in her shapeshifting - the ability to be able to transform into other creatures. She is much more comfortable in her animal form - hence her ability to fully shift into another animal. This, however, restricts her to being only one animal at once until she finds out a way to be able to meld two or more animal forms together. She's been able to shift from one form to another in quick succession. She has lately been shown to have the capabilities of shifting into the monsters she fights or even mythical creatures.

[*]Due to her upbringing, Rena is proficient in martial arts. Whenever she is not using her magic, she heavily relies on both that and her more animalistic way of fighting. 
[*]She wears a necklace with a manastone embedded into it which had been supposedly given to her by the scientists though she overheard that when she was picked up, she already had it.
[*]She carries around two tonfas as her main weapons out of the usage of her magic. These tonfas can be switched into a bladed form to be much more lethal depending on the opponent.
