	Whereas reference pictures are the general standard, they are not a requirement. You can use human, drawn, anime, sketched, or whatever you feel is or is not necessary. I will judge character sheets by their overall quality, so if you exclude a reference picture just be descriptive. I will have character sheets out when I launch the int check proper—I'm working on it now, among several other things haha.
