Callista waited as several candidates introduced themselves, taking the measure of each that spoke. She had arrived early, but waited off to the side of the crowd rather than draw attention to herself.

I was expecting more sellswords, but this lot... They probably have some means of tracking that dagger down. Maybe I should pick one and make an alliance... She nodded to herself, dropped her hood, and strode toward the front of the crowd with the others, giving a short bow toward the throne.
