Emily had begun to follow Aela inside. She blinked. She heard their friends' words. She smiled. She glanced at Eric to see how he would react. 

Eric blinked. He stopped in his tracks for a moment. His heart skipped a beat and such. He blushed crimson. 'She....loves me?!'he thought with surprise. She liked him back! He gasped. He could not hide how happy he was to hear that. He quickly caught up with her. He felt around in the darkness and was soon holding her hand. He smiled again. 


Emily smiled. She followed, listening closely. 


Eric cleared his throat. 
-"Aela? If you can hear me, I...."
He took a deep breath. 
-"I....I love you too."

He bit his lip and kept walking with her through that small area of darkness. 


Now, it was Emilys' turn to gasp. She smiled. She was happy. He finally told her. 'Now he can stop whining every time we talk about her' she thought with a smirk.
