Well said and I agree on it wholeheartedly. Burnout, frustration etc. from RP's not even getting off the ground while piling on your point I will say the lack of interest and or feedback from people would make them hesitant to start one let alone joining them because the effort to make a world or a person is a lot more than we give credit or attention to.
