Hey, here's my CS. Lemme know if there are any issues and I'll work to correct them. As the compassion of a Bodhisattva is limitless, so too is the compassionate fist: as long as Tsultrim has sight of his foe, he is able to strike, although it is considerably more difficult to land a blow. Shield of Wisdom: Tsultrim is able to project his inner spirituality outside his body in the form of powerful shields (usually emitted from his palms). Although capable of withstanding significant punishment, Tsultrim has not yet achieved enlightenment and therefore the power of his shields are not absolute and are capable of being broken. Courageous Heart: The path to Bodhisattva requires the perfection of body, soul and mind. Therefore, the body must be trained to be unyielding. Applying this teaching, Tsultrim's seated his spirituality in his physical self in addition to his inner self, rendering his body difficult to harm and quick to heal. However, Tsultrim is far from achieving enlightenment, and thus is not invincible. Misc Abilities: Bodybuilding, housekeeping, multilingualism, calligraphy, luohan quan (buddhist martial art) Personality: Serious and imperturbable, Tsultrim is every inch the prototypical Buddhist monk. He has a strong work ethic; he never shies away from something that must be done, and is seldom seen in ill-temper. Tsultrim is surprisingly perceptive, although typically laconic and impassive by nature. His entire life he has been brought up in the teachings of the Buddha, and thus his ideals are heavily steeped in Buddhist teachings. *Likes: He enjoys quiet meditation and training. Calligraphy is also a hobby, and helps him memorize the suttas. *Dislikes: Disruptive social settings (think screaming children). Cruelty and senseless violence. Authoritarianism. Fears: Not attaining Buddhahood, drowning. Bio: An orphan at birth, Tsultrim never met his parents. As an infant he was left outside of a Buddhist monastery in Tibet, and was raised entirely by the monks living there. Tsultrim thus views many of the senior and elder monks as family figures. Until recently, he had never left his home monastery, wholeheartedly devoting himself to the teachings of the Buddha. Increasing encroachments by the Chinese government on the liberty of the Tibetan people, especially monastic buddhists, has convinced Tsultrim of the need to pursue a foreign education in order to protect his homeland. With the support of his fellow monks, he enrolled in Trinidad Academy and has since been working diligently to raise his student rank so he may participate in the Noble Arms Summit Student Tournament. (Since he was a monk from birth I'm not sure on how I want to expand on this yet, but I am working on it and hope that this is enough for now.) *Current Goal: Long term: progress on the path of enlightenment; grow powerful and influential enough to liberate Buddhist monasteries from Chinese rule and perhaps all of Tibet as well. Short term: increase student rank and participate in the Noble Arms Summit Student Tournament. Student Rank: 472 *Optional
