[@Mokley] Hey, just wondering, what kinds of communication technology exist in this setting besides earpieces? Is there something akin to phones? Because Rose will probably want to contact the care centre/medics if she has a way to, it's likely she'd know of their details since she has a friend there.

Obviously right now she's more focused on restraining Ruskali, but depending on events she may try to get help shortly.
