Backstory: 
Roya and his family originated from China and has been serving the Isamu for years, the Long family's praised for their dragon magic and intensive martial arts prowess. Under the wings of the Isamu, they serve as stealthy warriors and arson masters whose fire are utilized in many ways, besides destruction, the Long family have an outstanding reputation in China Town for hosting events in the Chinese Community. True to their traditional hosting of a series of festive dances that even the Isamu is accommodated free tickets to their Lion and Dragon dancing. 

Although coming from a Chinese upbringing, Roya's mother is a Japanese Mage whose the main reason why he's in the Isamu in the first place. They shared a strong relationship and trained him in the art of Japanese weaponry such as knives and fans while his father trained him in fire dragon martial arts. Roya may not be a prodigy among the Isamu but his tact and devotion to training earned him as one of its competent Mages.

Dragon Up is a Fire Magic Martial Arts that use ones body as an extension of flames like dancing. The true power of this magic originated from China, granting its user draconic like features to withstand the harmful heat of the sun and the flames. Roya can harmless stream fire to objects to grant him flight and release fire bursts with his dual swords and fans. In unarmed combat, Roya breakdances a lot to break the balance of his enemies.

Form I — Fire Hand 
Basic Fire Dancing that revolves around times leg sweeping and circular hand motions to be precise tiger claws. To which he can send strong fire punches and kicks.

Form II - Lit Chopsticks
A Fire Dancing that revolves around flame control and streaming of fire into objects. Roya uses this to lit his swords to levitate or any object with precise combustion.

Form III - Fire Wall
A defensive form of fire dancing that's all about resilience and refined stances of defense. Roya plays his stance in stationary form to make fire walls of protection and countering incoming offenses, against Fire Mages, he takes advantage of their flames to redirect it.

Form IV — Blue Fire Dragon Mode
Roya raises the temperature of his flames into jetburns — turning his flames blue. He can only do so much in this form, it consumes a lot of soul power to maintain. It's the most aggressive form because it's all about assaulting firepower than finesse.

Form V — Great Fire Breath
Breathing methods that utilizes fire as a breath, Rita's lungs transform to that of a Dragon. This allows him to melt steel and precious metals and overpower water due to its strong heat. He loses to a group of Water Mages though.

Form VI — Plasma 
Roya creates heat raybeams to make plasma constructs like swords, with it he gains sheer precision and combustion. It's down side is it's high consuming soul power.

Form VII — Sun Wheel
Burns the crap out of everything but creating an explosion heat storm. Roya deprives heat which cools the area and quickly engulfs it in flames to create a devastating firesorm in an area of effect.
