Activating the quirk generates a current of electricity through the user's body that is usually signified by colored lights adorning he user's antlers and a light centralized on her nose.  Colors are tied to the user's emotional state, to include colors, brightness, and flashing.

Physical excertion and impact causes built up charge of electricity which concentrates on the top of the cranium between the dynamo like antlers.  When fully charged, a physical sphere of electrically charged light, roughly the size of a marble, manifests and gently floats down, clinging to any solid surface.  The user can physically pick up these spheres while others feel a minor shock when handling them.  These motes of light disappear in about a minute after manifesting.

So far, the motes of light have only been useful in charging electronic devices that have batteries, such as cell phones.
