Sorry, yes. Short answer, it's the last little bit of college basketball for the year. Lots of really exciting stuff if you're into sports; even if you're not, it's pretty common to 'fill out a bracket' (guessing the winners of each game) and compete with friends or family or co-workers, sort of like betting on a horse race, but much more innocuous. There's usually a prize for guessing right the most; this year, billionaire Warren Buffet is sponsoring a billion-dollar payout if anyone can guess 100% of the winners (which basically never happens, but it's fun to pretend).
