Kana did not have to be a medic to know that the Katanas the young lady was brandishing would deal quite a bit of damage. He was chagrined about the fact that the other team had copied his strategy. However, this made the other team less mobile. All their hope was placed on either protecting the sword woman or chasing after him to finish the fight quickly. It appeared that Team 5 was congregating around Hoseki and Mizo. While Kana was not by any means an exceptionally close combat fighter, he was actually a pretty good shot when it came to dealing with Kunai or shuriken. True he was no Uchiha or on par with any weapon user, but he had tried to hone his skills enough that he could be mostly accurate. He maintained a firm hold onto hi s original four Kunai which where were now outfitted with about 25FT of wire rope each and tied around his index and middle fingers on either hand. He shifted their location to the space between pinky and ring fingers and using the shuriken he had produced earlier during his plan formulation he moved closer at an angle to where the fight seemed to be concentrated. From his point of view, Hoseki and Clone Mizo where about five feet apart directly in front of him. Ataru seemed to be just to the left of the Fire bearing member of his team and the other male member of team 9 seemed to be closer to clone Mizo. Taking this into account he edged almost all the way a round until he was at a 30-degree angle with Mizo’s clone. He let his two shuriken fly. They would travel 20ft outward and start curving in so that their flight path would find them aiming at the opposing teams shoulder and hip. They would be easy to avoid given the distance they were traveling. Kana’s aim was for them to be avoided. If the genin facing Mizo’s clone jumped forward, he would be closer to the clone and withing punching distance. If he jumped back, his forward motion would be stopped. Either case, the shuriken would continue to travel towards the second target, Ataru. It was really simple and not deadly but the aim was to harass and to distract while the front damage dealers took care of them.
