[@samakama]: Hmmm... Honestly, he's still kind of underwelming. While I wouldn't recommend making his hammer NP stronger and I don't like Noble Phantasms that specifically function by destroying/permanently disabling other Servant's NPs.

But aside from that, Riders are defined by personally not being that powerful but having multiple strong NPs. Try using his history as a basis and really boost up his horse or something, think about what canon Riders can do.
