I was kinda relying on the arcade to be a focal point for the youngsters.

Mr.Fu, an aged Chinese man runs the local Arcade. The Arcade is kinda small and pokey, but draws in kids from all around town. His most common customer is Carl Thatch. Carl has started to draw in other kids to watch his games. Indeed Carl is something of an entertainer and sometimes comes in wearing his full knight costume, which has gained him a reputation amongst the kids who either dont have the coin or skill to get up to the higher levels. With the GMs permission, i'd like to turn Mr.Fu into a contact for Carl Thatch amongst adults. I'd like to run a scene where Mr.Fu brings Carl into the tea room to interview him for a job sweeping the floors of the Arcade for a few extra dollars. There is much more to this character to be fleshed out-with the GMs permission. I wanted to make it a bit of an oddity that the town has an arcade.
