[color=SpringGreen]“Okay, cool,”[/color] Mia said after Emily had directed them on where to put the snacks. With that out of the way, the tomboy took something out of the plastic bag she’d been holding and brought it over to Sakura. [color=SpringGreen]“Here, this is for you,”[/color] she told her, presenting the pink haired girl with a genuine Bonsai tree. [color=SpringGreen]“A little butterfly told me you liked these things,”[/color] she added with a grin. [color=SpringGreen]“It’s just my way of saying ‘thanks’ for lookin’ after Connie during the rave.”[/color]

Meanwhile, Connie stood a little off to the side. She knew most of these people, and they were her friends, but the shy girl still had some problems with crowds. Then she noticed two new arrivals. One she didn’t recognize, but the other was Faith, or, rather, an untransformed Faith. The bubbly blonde wasted no time in moving over and putting her arms around both Connie and Mia.

[color=DarkOrchid]“Y-You’re v-very welcome!”[/color] Connie replied after Faith thanked them for the invite. [color=DarkOrchid]“B-But, uh, a-aren’t you that s-shapeshifter that s-snuck into our room a few d-days ago?”[/color] she added in a whisper. Connie knew full well that this was what Faith looked like untransformed, but after the fairy girl’s strange performance when called out on it, she was unsure of exactly how to proceed here. 

Before Faith could reply, Hilde would appear and give her three friends a hug.

[color=DarkOrchid]“Hildebell! I’m s-so glad you could m-make it!”[/color] Connie exclaimed happily. She was surrounded by so many friends that all her worries and trepidations quickly vanished. This night was going to be so much fun!

She was sure of it.
