Except, this applies to all photons. Radio waves, UV light, X-rays, and even gamma rays (if he doesn’t die from exposure first, which is very unlikely). While he cannot create chemical bonds between photons, he can compress them together (or expand them) to such a point in which they become like a solid object, albeit very short-lived one depending on how big the object is due to photon decay.[/color] [/b]
