Manami didn't really care for all that. She was very much happy living the way she was. However, her parents seemed to be in love with the idea that their child could be special. That their child could have super powers, and perhaps even be famous one day.

Being an utter nerd at history, and being utterly in love with old war items like guns, survival and MREs, Manami put forth 200% effort once they threatened to lock up her [s]toys[/s] replicas, MREs, and [s]survival[/s] camping kit. Inevitably, her efforts paid off, and she was admitted to Academy City to a... reputable school. She did not really have a very high level, nor an extremely powerful ability, but it was decent enough for her parents to be satisfied, and subsequently, relaxing the restrictions on her hobbies. 

While she wasn't exactly a troublemaker, a delinquent, or even look and act like someone rough, Manami can and will talk the ears off anyone that makes the misfortune of asking about anything even remotely related to military history. Has a long list of misdemeanours from her attempts at camping and 'training' at all the parks in Academy City.

A silent, demure and calm person, that could be said to exemplify the spirit of the term Yamato Nadeshiko. Unfortunately, like the wildflower that the name came from, she can be pretty overbearing when it comes to her hobby. An absolute nerd with near encyclopedic knowledge of old war machines and weapons, with interest in survival and MREs as a result.

Has titanic knowledge on MREs, military equipments, and quite a bit of survival knowledge. Is physically fit enough to run with a large backpack, loaded carrier vest and a ton of military gear replicas.
