Oh, this looks interesting!  Can I submit character sheets for a anime-esque crimelord and two video game characters?  They're usually 1x1 characters, but I figured they can benefit from being free range for a while.

Should I assume you or other characters would RP as the ones they interact with?  Mine won't have a particular plot and probably fade out if there's not much that interests them ICly.   One of them's a troublemaker though. :P
