He definitely wasn't showing anything of [i]that one's[/i] blood magic, so it wasn't like it was some extension of a greater set of skills. Not that she was perfectly sure what the trio were trying to do. Restrain him...? If there was one piece of advice she had for dealing with a well-fed vampire then it was to not engage in a contest of raw abilities. [i]She[/i] had to be conservative for moral reasons. Whoever this guy was... that probably wasn't the case.
